Who we share your information with

Brevo (Sendinblue), to deliver enquiry emails from our website reliably.
Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics 4 / Tag Manager), Maps and fonts, and, for advertising clients, Google Ads.

Cloudflare, for website security and the Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms.
Our website hosting provider, to host and serve the website.

International transfers

Some of our providers (such as Google, Cloudflare and Brevo) may process data on servers outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses, so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep your information

Enquiries that don’t become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Client records: for the duration of our engagement and for up to 6 years afterwards, to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Analytics data: retained in line with our analytics settings (typically no more than 14 months).
