Design Lincs is a digital marketing agency based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, providing web design, SEO, PPC, social media and related digital marketing services to businesses across the UK. - Enquiry details, when you complete a contact or quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Correspondence, any information you provide when you email, call or message us.

Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only to the extent necessary. These include:
- Brevo (Sendinblue), to deliver enquiry emails from our website reliably.
- Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics 4 / Tag Manager), Maps and fonts, and, for advertising clients, Google Ads.
- Microsoft, for Microsoft Clarity, which provides anonymised usage analytics, heatmaps and session insights to help us improve the site.
- Cloudflare, for website security and the Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms.
- Our website hosting provider, to host and serve the website.
- Professional advisers such as our accountant, where necessary, and law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so.
International transfers
Some of our providers (such as Google, Cloudflare and Brevo) may process data on servers outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses, so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that don’t become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the duration of our engagement and for up to 6 years afterwards, to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Analytics data: retained in line with our analytics settings (typically no more than 14 months).
How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, spam protection on our forms, and limiting access to personal data to those who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
